shipping and delivery
shipping costs
Cost of shipping for physical items is automatically calculated when you proceed to checkout.
shipping time
All physical items will be dispatched within three to five working days unless notified.
Delivery
Physical items are sent via BPost.
Standard delivery option means your parcel will not be tracked. This option offers no guarantee in case your parcel should be lost while being delivered.
If you want your parcel to be tracked, you have to choose this option while ordering. This option implies additionnal delivery costs. In that case, tracking details will be sent to you on dispatch of your product.

PDF files to download will be sent to your e-mail address after purchase.
Custom and imports taxes
physical items :
Any duties or taxes for international shipping are the buyers responsibility. moineaumoineau is not responsible for any delays in the delivery caused by custom services.

The order of files to dowload cannot be cancelled.

event of a faulty item, moineaumoineau will offer either a total refund or a

Return instructions
For customers in the EU we accept returns within 3 working days of the item arriving with you. Return shipments are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.

Items must
be returned in the condition that they were received and include all packaging
and tags.
Please
make sure that return packages are insured and tracked, moineaumoineau is
not responsible for them until they have been received.
We are unable to accept returns from outside the EU due to customs and duties so do think carefully before your purchase. We can always share more information if needed to ensure your are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refund will be made to the card used to make the payment initially and will be made when the product has been received and checked.
Refunds do not include shipments costs that are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility.
